Edward Knour Gwinn, 92, of Weston, MO died February 18, 2013 at Hillview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Platte City, MO. He was born June 9, 1920 in Weston to Jesse & Minnie Gwinn, where he spent his entire life. Edward was a farmer for many years & also worked in stone masonry around Weston. He enjoyed building & flying model airplanes in his earlier life, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by: his parents; his first wife, Goldie (Gerber) Gwinn; 2 brothers; 6 sisters; and 2 infant sons. Ed is survived by: his wife Helen, of the home; his sister Minnie Beisinger of Weston; daughter Eleanore Crawford (Rixie) of Oak Grove, MO; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Graceland Cemetery in Weston.
